Job Description
Extensive end-to-end payroll management experience covering input management, payroll processing, and Time & Attendance processing. Expert-level knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP platforms. Manage end-to-end payroll operations from input management and Time & Attendance through processing, disbursement, and post-payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations from input management and Time & Attendance through processing, disbursement, and post-payroll activities.
- Lead a team of payroll specialists, managing workload distribution and backup planning.
- Own relationships and governance with retained HR teams and third-party ADP/Workday support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality reviews, and process automation.
- Manage statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting across the payroll lifecycle.
- Provide escalation management for critical and complex payroll issues.
- Own Workday Payroll and ADP platform performance, upgrades, and integration issues.

- Certifications: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS); The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
