Job Description

We are seeking a Zoho AI & Automation Developer who combines advanced Zoho development skills with practical experience in AI, AI agents/assistants, APIs, and intelligent automation. The role will focus on integrating AI technologies such as Claude, OpenAI, and other relevant AI platforms with Zoho applications to automate business processes, improve productivity, and develop intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced solutions using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
  • Build complex Deluge functions, workflows, Blueprints, and automation.
  • Integrate Claude, Claude / Anthropic, OpenAI / GPT APIs, Zoho Zia, and Zoho-native AI capabilities.
  • Design and develop AI-powered business workflows.
  • Develop and integrate AI agents/Agentic AI with Zoho CRM, Creator, and other business systems.
  • Build AI solutions for data processing, classification, summarisation, and information extraction.
  • Develop REST API integrations using JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and HTTP requests.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools that provide measurable business value.
  • Test and monitor AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.
  • Implement appropriate security, access controls, and human approval processes.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously optimise AI and Zoho automations.
  • Maintain technical documentation for AI agents, integrations, and workflows.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with 3+ years of experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator – AI Automations.
  • Advanced Deluge development skills.
  • Practical experience with AI platforms such as Claude and/or OpenAI.
  • Understanding of AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation.
  • Ability to integrate multiple Zoho applications with AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate new AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
