Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Adviser with strong end-to-end payroll processing and payroll accounting experience. The role will support payroll operations covering payroll processing, payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, statutory payments, payroll reconciliation, payroll reporting, and post-payroll activities. The position will also contribute to process automation, standardization, compliance, controls, and stakeholder management across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll accounting and payroll-related activities.
- Process monthly payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Review payroll files and ensure accuracy of payroll-related activities.
- Reconcile payroll with ADP and prepare monthly wage reports.
- Review payroll-related tax returns and statutory payments.
- Review payroll accounting entries and related financial transactions.
- Manage client engagements and support payroll process establishment, metrics identification, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to control and compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide support for payroll-related escalations and issue resolution.
- Drive automation and standardization of payroll processes to reduce cost and improve productivity.
- Build backup and cross-training plans for payroll activities.
- Drive productivity and efficiency in line with contractual requirements.
- Support governance and operational calls with clients and internal stakeholders.

Additional Requirements
- Experience supporting payroll operations across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting and related financial transactions.
- Experience in process automation, standardization, transition, and transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
- MBA/PGDBA in Finance or equivalent finance-related postgraduate qualification.
- Strong English communication skills.
